Why can't I save my alert configuration?

You must complete all required fields in the alert configuration before you are able to save the configuration.

Please ensure:

  • Name and Level have been completed

  • At least SMS or Email have been checked

  • All alert conditions fields have been completed

  • At least 1 alert recipient (Role and/or Teams and/or Person) has been entered.
