Why am I getting an alert from a Farm that I did not setup the alert for?

You may be receiving an alert for one of the following reasons:

  • An alert has been set up for a crop you are using in one of your sectors.

  • An alert has been set up for a team that you are in.

  • An alert has been set up for everyone with your role, for a sector, crop, or device which you have access to.

  • An alert has been set up and you have been added to the recipients list as an individual

Actions to resolve:

If you do not want to receive the alert, Please contact your organisations FarmRoad administrator to delete the alert or be removed from the alert recipients list.
