Follow these simple steps to start receiving FarmRoad alerts via WhatsApp
To receive alerts via Text message (SMS) or WhatsApp, your team members will need to have a mobile number entered in their FarmRoad profile.
To set up your notification channels, log in to FarmRoad, expand the navigation menu and click on Manage alerts.
Open the alert you wish to update, and tick the box for WhatsApp under Notification channel.
When using WhatsApp, we recommend unchecking Text message as a Notification channel to avoid receiving duplicate notifications.
Tip
Once you've seen your first alert come through via WhatsApp, we recommend adding the FarmRoad phone number to your contacts to make it easier to identify us in your conversation list.
